False accusations after complaining - ** WON **

Hi Bigred bus,

 

this is actually what has happened to me when I sat my tribunal hearing and lost

a) I was so nervous at the hearing

b) the junior barrister was absolutely nervous. Probably more nervous than I was

c) Information that has now come to light was deliberately omitted/ deleted from the bundle of evidence by the respondnet to deliberately pervert the course of justice.

 

d) therefore I find it that the judge and panel were misguided by the respondents and had the wool pulled over their eyes.

 

This omission strongly suggests that this evidence was deliberately withheld by the company to avoid the claim, in the hope that I would have no contemporaneous record to disprove their assertion of ignorance of my position.

 

I am in the middle of drafting application for a review. The judgement was sent on 18th, when do I submit the review by (ie whens the deadline)?

 

I really hope the tribunal will pick up on this 'buffoonery' and deceit!

 

Please I would be so interested to know what you verterans think about my case
