If the spreadsheet happens to say bank charges, can you not change it?

You should be able to put the interest rate in that you were being charged

If you are asked to deal with any matter via private message, PLEASE report it.

Use one of the following spreadsheets.

One is for statutory interest at 8% only and the interest rate cannot be altered.

The other is for compound interest and you just need to enter in the box a the top the Interest/APR you were charged.

The following is for compounding the interest rate you were charged.

This is a point that seems to cause confusion, don't qoute me on this but I don't think they HAVE to include it unless you specifically requested it in the SAR.

It seems to be the creditors excuse if you question what you were sent. "you didn't ask for a CCA"

When in the majority of cases they didn't send one, because they haven't got one

A lot of creditors will say that the agreement does not form part of your data and as such won't include it. A lot of prodding and complaining 'may' get it but it is far easier to send a CCA

I wouldn't bother with law just

state the facts and perhaps a copy

of the JSA award with the first £1 payment.

They'll kick and scream and throw their

toys out of the pram, it's then you tell them

if they go to court they certainly wont get more

maybe even less one judge recently ordered payments

of 50 pence
