Turn the pooter on and continually press F8. When the options come up, go to 'Last known good configuration' and press enter. See if that helps.

If all else fails, kick them where it hurts and SOD'EM;)

I forgot to say (just in case). When you start the pooter and pressF8, you need to use the up and down arrow keys to move it from Start Windows Normally to Sart Last Known Good Configuration.

Press f11 quickly after pressing the power button. there should be a "repair windows vista" option there.

If in doubt, contact a qualified insured legal professional (or my wife... she knows EVERYTHING)

Or send a cheque or postal order payable to Reclaim the Right Ltd.

to

923 Finchley Road London NW11 7PE

Click here if you fancy an email address that shows you mean business! (only £6 and that will really help CAG)

If you can't donate, please use the Internet Search boxes on the CAG pages - these will generate a small but regular income for the site

Please also consider using the

C.A.G. Toolbar

You can use this to wipe the computer clean and start afresh (CAUTION:you will lose all saved files if you choose this option!) or recover your system. Follow the menu thrugh and let us know how it went. I gotta go out to work now, so best of british luck to ya :p
