Windows was already installed

Turn the pooter on and continually press F8. When the options come up, go to 'Last known good configuration' and press enter. See if that helps.

Tried that too SOD'EM goes straight to start windows normally...and it just screamed at me lol like a bell ringing

I forgot to say (just in case). When you start the pooter and pressF8, you need to use the up and down arrow keys to move it from Start Windows Normally to Sart Last Known Good Configuration.

yep done that all it does goes straight to black screen

Press f11 quickly after pressing the power button. there should be a "repair windows vista" option there.

Ta locutus..ok done that says welcome to recovery manager use this program to recover your computer to it's

original factory settings..not touching nowt till told other wise lol god give me a v.tech pmsl

You can use this to wipe the computer clean and start afresh (CAUTION:you will lose all saved files if you choose this option!) or recover your system. Follow the menu thrugh and let us know how it went. I gotta go out to work now, so best of british luck to ya

back on me poor figners but deffo working sooo much better and faster
