In RBS it depends on what statements you mean.

Say you're £100 overdrawn:

Proper statements (ie those sent out in the post) say £100.00 DR (DR = overdrawn by the way)

If you asked for a mini-statement at the in branch it says £100.00 - (ie £100 followed by a minus symbol)

(Yes I work for a bank but am here to help! Please be nice to me! :))

Thanks Cheddar and TGS....just for comparison the Abbey statements (printed or online) I have show nothing at all to say it's overdawn....no OD after the fugure nor a minus sign.

Just received my closing balance this morning...but without the money that was owing to me for the alleged OD charges. How long does it normally take once an online moneyclaim is made for the court date to be given.....I don't want it to conflict with my holiday?

Congratulations. Another one against Abbey (I have noticed that claims against abbey, or at least resolved claims are very few, they must be due an influx of LBA's!!)

Abbey - Prelim sent 17th May £2560.00 + £191.44

LBA sent 1st June

Claim Filed 27th June 3349.90 Inc Interest + Costs

Court Papers Served 3rd July

Claim Acknowledged 10th July

50% Offered 27th July

Settled Out Of Court 1st August £3080.45

Capital One - S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) request 31st July
