ASDA shopping trip from hell!!!

I had prob with online order to cut short was contaminated and they said it would take 7-10 days to refund. I said on benefits so please allow me another method to go to store and get shop, was told not. I appeared at the store and politely demanded a cash refund as had no food and was given one. I offered to sign my name and they then said yes just in case we need you to come and pay the money back. I said surely a store of this size could sort it out internally not to inconvinience the customer, which is my point.

 

They dont care about inconviniencing the customer when they have an error or make a mistake which to be fair happens occassionally with the ammount of people they deal with.

 

The problem is the lack of communication with manager of store and head office and my bank told me that themselves. i was told by bank there are methods of reversing transactions quicker.

 

Now I got my money in the end, but now shop at aldi and iceland and save more money, so they did me a favour:D

 

If we made an error they would be hot on out tails for their money I am sure.
