Capital One are becoming a nuisance though.

 

DESPITE having sent a CCA letter and issued on MCOL they have still passed the account to a DCA called Newman & Co. I have written to them pointing out they should pass it back immediately or risk also being dragged into court but they still phoned me at 8:30 this morning. When I told him to stop calling as it was subject to legal proceedings he asked if I wanted them to take it further then hung up when I said go ahead it should be interesting :o

 

Just written to them again to tell them to stop harassing me and that if they continue then I will issue proceedings against them without further notice

Far less painful Caro, and its probably the best money I have spent this year, hopefully I will be making another donation shortly. Both Cap 1 and MBNA have now been served but so far not responded other than to try and bully me lmaoooooooo:lol:

I have handled a claim against A&L on behalf of my ex wife total inc contractual interest is £1170 and the cheque arrived this morning
