  1. according to the bailiff, they have gps in all vehicles to prove there whereabouts if needed.
  2. Thanks emandcole, problem I have is this is a business address and they can walk in at any time when Im open which will be severely embarassing if customers are present. Should I pay up to get them off my back and then try to re claim?
  3. Anyone?????????? These prats are claiming to have made 3 visits and charged almost £200. Ive had 1 visit only and that was with a van presumably, I wasn't there to see but this is a business premises and they could have walked in any time they liked during business hours so if they've been why haven't they
  4. Have the bailiffs been into your property and took a levy on your goods? If no then whatever you do, do not let them in, they can't force entry. The 1st time they enter your home it has to be by peacful means
  5. Hi can anyone tell me what rights bailliffs have to recover their costs now that the original debt of. . ..... wait 4 it ... .. . . . . £44 has been cleared?
  6. Hi, sorry if Ive hijacked this thread but I read here that once the original debt has been cleared thats it? Is there someone that can clarify for me plz? I owed £44 in rates equita now demanding £326!! Ive cleared the £44 what happens now? Had a visit from their bailliff usual letter left demanding immediate payment or good will be removed ( no one has been inside or visited before) Have just drafted letter requesting charges to be outlined etc. What rights do they now have to recover their ridiculous charges?
  7. sorry getting my jargon confused what the court actually ordered was a breakdown of how the sum had been calculated, which I have sent to them erm 4 times now! the court also have a copy now. Maybe my mistake was not sending copies of all correspondance to the court before this, like you say this is a problem with MCOL, but they have the whole sorry shabang now.
  8. Hi Angela, Did Your Court Say Which Court Its Being Trandferred To? Some Cases Have Been Sent To Mercantile Court As The Courts Are Trying To Force A Test Case You Can Read More About This In The Relevant Thread. As For Nw Saying They Are Awaiting Info Thats Just Them Being Prats Make Sure The Court Has Copies Of Everything You Have Sent To Cobbetts/natwest, Not Entirely Sure About The Fees But I Think They Will Be Added Automaticlly By The Court
  9. Hi All After Going Through The Process Up To The Point Of Mcol, Partial Offer, Aq Etc Have Recieved A Letter From The Court Requesting I Serve P.o.c On Natwest Or My Claim Will Be Struck Out. I Have Of Course Supplied P.o.c On 3 Occassions Already! I Have Replied To The Court With A Letter Stating This And Enclosed Copies Of All Correspondance With Natwest(via Cobbetts) I Have Includiedproof Of Delivery And A Further Schedule Of Charges Which I Have Again Sent To Cobbets, Has Anyone Else Had Same Threat From The Court?? What S Likely To Happen Now?? My A&l Claim Was So Much Easier Than This
  10. i have but can find nothing beyond people at exactly this stage, then transferred to the success forum but there arent any dates of posts so that you can figure it out
  11. If Your'e Still Watching Plz Tell Me What Happened Next?? Im Due To Hand In My Aq On 18th And Im Wondering What Then?
  12. CAN ANYONE GIVE ME THEIR EXPERIENCE OF NAT WEST AND AQ s ?? I CANT SEEM TO FIND ANY THREADS THAT SAY ANYTHING PAST HANDING IN THE AQ WHICH I AM DUE TO DO ON 18TH
  13. i would go for it and may be worth handing in the papers at the court rather than using mcol that way you can enclose a copy of all of your correspondence to date
  14. Hi you will find that if you did click on these tabs they will only allow you to continue if the time hs elapsed without a defence anyway, so dont panic you will get a copy of the defence and then an AQ from the court
  15. Did You Have Details Of All The Charges? If Yes Did You Include Them In Your Letter? If No You Really Need To Start Again And Get Statements Showing The Charges And Go From There. Read The Step By Step Guide In The Faq Section This Will Take You Aaaaaaallll The Way. Good Luck
  16. Hi all just thought i d let u know the last day for natwest to defend is 2morrow, so plz send good thoughts to my postie in the morning!
  17. Hi all just thought i d let u know the final day for NATWEST to defend my claim so we shall see what comes in the post in the am!
  18. i did read a thread of some one that had setlement on a small ammount after just the 1st letter. Why not do the letters and if you get no joy then decide if you wana proceed to the court?
  19. I m no expert but have worked in finance for quite a while, You should have had at some point before now correspondance detailing the outstanding ammount. This should tell you what charges have been applied, when and what for. If you haven't ask them or the court to provide this as a starting point. and by the way what the hell are cccs doing? they should be liasing with the bank on your behalf and keep you fully informed. Suggestion; PM one of the moderators asking them to look at your thread, include a link to it in your message. Good luck
  20. hey guys i would definately recommend you read and save for reference the STEP BY STEP GUIDE in the FAQs it gives you all the info you need from start tyo finish and even tells you what s likely to be the banks response so that you know if anything out of the unusual happens in your case. It lead me through to success and will do the same 4 you! good luck
  21. MCOL completed yesterday 24th sept, now we wait. Im such a coward after sending both letters directly to Goodwins office and getting a very frosty response I used the customer relations address for the money claim to be sent to. Cant help thinking I d rather not draw too much attention to myself in high places in case he takes it personally and makes an example of me! You never know its sure to happen 1 day
  22. what the hell im going to mcol any way . you have to try to win
  23. i recieved a response today to an LBA sent 11th Sept and it was personally signed by Sir Fred Goodwin, its very straight to the point (we will not be refunding your charges) now i'm scared ive pushed my luck by sending post to his office rather than the branch.
  24. woo hoo !! cheque on the mat this morning what a way to start the weekend. cant believe i won i never win anything, THANKS SOOO MUCH TO THE C.A.G ALL THE MODS HELPERS AND MEMBERS. donation on its way a.s.p. GOOD LUCK TO EVERY ONE YOU INCLUDED HONESTKNOB
