  1. ..is it worth scanning Halifax replies and attaching them with my electronic claim form ? Thanks
  2. Thank you for your responses! I will go ahead and fill in the claim form tonight. Wish me all good luck xx
  3. Hi all ..by my silly mistake I included the 8% apr in one of the first letters, they offered me partial refund, which I rejected and again asked the full refund and included the Excel with the calculation of 8% by my error. They replied and told me to contact Financial Obundsman. By that time I had read more and realised my error, so I sent another letter (templete was found on this site) giving them further 14 days and acknowledging my error, this time I attached the sheet with just the bank charges on. They replied basically saying "go ahead and take us to court" my question is : do I start the claim now or wait till the end of the further 14 days I gave them with my last "appologetic" letter? Please advise Kind regards
  4. I had the same letter from Halifax with a leaflet from Ombudsman, do I ignore it, or do I have to contact Ombudsman service? Or can I just enetr a claim after the 14 days are up (14 days after letter of action) ? Apparently I have to write to Ombudsman within the 6 months of my complain.. Please advise Kind Regards
