  1. Hi, Thanks for the info much appreciated and yes my case has been transfered to Mercantile Court, can you tell me where the appropriate thread is so I can get some more info please. Thanks Angela
  2. Hello all, I have a claim against Natwest for £1.062 including interest, and am at the stage of waiting for my case to be allocated at court. Just wanted to pick a few brains on where I should go from here, so here goes.... After receiving the standard letter requesting a CPR Pt.18 I responded with the template letter stating that I would basically send this information if ordered by the judge. I received my AQ and returned it both to the Courts and Cobbetts, just for safe measure, but suprisingly, the same day I posted it I received a goodwill offer of £600 from Natwest which I naturally responded by accepting as only a part payment and would still be continuing with the case. Now heres the part where I'm a bit confused: 1. My local court (Lambeth) sent me a letter stating that my case will be moving to another court, but I thought as it comes under small claims/fast track that it would all happen locally to me? 2. I've received Cobbetts AQ which all looks fine except they state in the Other Information box that they are still waiting for the further information they'd requested (CPR Pt.18) where the deadline was the 24th Nov 06. Should I just ignore this or respond to it? If so any ideas???????? 3. Lastly, I've now come to realise that I did not include my £120 court fees within my schedule of charges list and total. Can I still claim for this or will it be added automatically if, fingers XXXXX, I win this godforsaking battle????? Sorry if its a bit long-winded but any help will be much appreciated.
