DWF went all the way to the court in pursuit of £6,000 odd which CCCS had been steadfastly payiong off at £5.00 er month to our old friendn Blair, Oliver and Scott (which the cour knew only to well)'

They got thieir judgment = plus £1,600 costs - which the cour agreed should be paid off at £5.00 per month!.

Wonder how they will allocate the monthly fiver?

Bet it will be a while befor Robby Way see any of it.

Regards.

  • 3 weeks later...

Hearing is on the 15 July

They have now forwarded the notice of assignment, master deed of assignment....(I know what they paid Yorkshire bank for purchasing over 6,000,000 of debt in March 2006)

They continue to claim in their witness statement that the prescribed terms need not be included in a rolling credit agreement.

The master deed shows over £6,000,000 of debt was bought for 9pence per £1,00.
