I am trying to find a letter template to request CCA under section 78 from multiple credit card companies. My situation has changed significantly and about to change for the worse again, originally being made bad by subsidising my salary (due to starting my own company) with personal debt. I have debts with Egg, MBNA, HSBC and Halifax and need to start the ball rolling to do something about them as the light at the end of the tunnel hasn't got any closer for 10 years now!

 

So, my question is, where do I find that template for the first letter to see if the CCA's are enforcable please?

You have got the bog-standard, computer-generated "Ellie". Forgive me if I am repeating myself as I haven't gone back over your thread, but do subscribe to Just Recieved A Signed Capital One Agreement We are all getting the same, capone aren't doing anything, and avoiding any attempts to get sight of the agreement.

 

No-one can be worse than trying to upload stuff than I am, truly.

 

Hope the news tomorrow is not too bad, or even okay.

When you start your own threads I think you will get a much better response if you name the bank in your thread title: 'Mercman v xbank' will get a much better response than 'Mercman bank problems'. People look through the new threads seeing if there is anyone they can help, and will go the threads they share, and contribute to them. They may look at threads which don't specify, and help if they can, but you're far more likely to get help if you name the bank.
