removal of defaults

As per my other thread, the case is now with Otelo. They are bang out of order o2. I have read many a thread with people experiencing the same problem with o2. Some have been successful in getting defaults removed some not. Im going to fight it all the way I think. Just see how the Otelo case pans out.

 

Out of interest :

Signed up with Equifax. My report has 3 associations with o2, I have no idea why. Also, the one with the default has 5 months queires. So, if the debt is still in dispute/query why has a default been placed.

O2 done 3 searches with me and I argued and they said it was correct! I will edit this tomorrow with the direct number to speak to them about the 3 links...... they are a royal pain in the ars!

Couldnt agree more. This default is playing havoc with my life really. My car is on its lazzys, I need a new one, yet im getting quoted ridiculous rates of interest. Every other credit account I have is fine. They be bang out of order. Which is why I am fighting them all the way with this. They arent getting a penny out of me, even if a judge says so. They have placed a default on my file... Ill make an arrangement of £1 a month
