There is a travelodge in liphook on the A3 failing that there are cheap hotels in midhurst and nearby.

Unfortunately this is too much expenditure just before Xmas, I have a large family and although we are doing 'cheapie' pressies this year (mine is a tin of biscuits and tin of sweets per family) it still mounts up.

 

Whilst I can get to Guildford fairly easily it still would mean an overnight stay and I can't afford that at all... so maybe later next year.

Where exactly is the venue? What is the name of the redezvous point for my sat nav? Cannot afford overnight stop, as I spent all my money on Manchester meet recently. Would welcome the chance to say hello to some of the people who have helped me but I will only be able to stop a couple of hours, then drive back.
