We too purchased a Lemon Shaker kitchen where most of the doors have delaminated very badly (just hanging on round the external rim of the door). We have been in contact with B & Q since 2008 and they are not interested and say they need an independent survey to prove fault. We have contacted Trading Standards but to no avail - just ging round in circles. Where or whom do we go to to get this advice (if only they would take a look at the door(s) it is plainly obvious the laminate is hanging off!). Anyone had any joy with small claims court? We have receipts and all paperwork from the orginal purchase. We appreciate the kitchen is now 5/6yrs old but this problem started in the first 2/3 years. Would appreciate any info on where to go from here.
