The judge has already hinted that he might remove the stay on claims though if the judgement goes our way so we could continue with claims if there is an appeal

The judge said it on the first day of the trial. Don't have the link to hand but it came from someone who actually bothered to turn up on day 1

That was on another site, honestknob. The judge did suggest that if the judgement went the way of the OFT he would lift the stays even if the banks appealed. However, I would think that the banks will have something planned if that happens, in the courts.
