  1. It may well have been processed. Our accounts team process payments every day, but they then go for approval and even after approval they sit for a few days waiting on the the transaction at the bank finally happening. Up to the point the bank process it the payment can be stopped. Can I ask was there no paperwork with the camera bag. Everything I have had from them had something that related back to the store that issued it. Would it not have been reasonable to give them a call? I don't see that they could hold your phone credit, but I expect they will certainly try to deduct the cost of the bag.
  2. You should Never change only one disc on an axle. They are always fitted in pairs. They may look in good condition but it's 2 years old Halfords should not even suggest otherwise
  3. Ok, seems odd there are two different options, since they are Brembo I assume it's one of the faster versions? Anyway with the eurocarparts discount it's only £100 for the pair, which sadly you need to do as the discs should be matched, also new pads at the same time. Is it Brembo ones that are fitted? If so I would contact them too see what they say. Brembo are top end so should certainly last longer than you have had.
  4. Link to parts https://partsfinder.bilsteingroup.com/en/search?t=a&q=Peugeot+407+rear+disc&sortby=rel&sortdir=asc https://partsfinder.bilsteingroup.com/en/search?t=a&q=Peugeot+407+rear+wheel+bearing&sortby=rel&sortdir=asc
  5. Are you sure it's combined? A quick Google shows bearings separate from discs, the bearings come in about £20 Is it possible they only did the discs last time?
  6. All I can say is my Subaru which has perm 4WD has a space saver wheel, so I can only assume it's not a universal no no to use a different wheel/tread configuration at least not for the short time to fix the original.
  7. If you consider it from the employer's side. Let's say in a few years you decide to claim for hearing loss. If they have destroyed all reference to your existence how could they possibly defend a claim without any evidence. There are issues which I don't think were fully considered prior to the GDPR coming into force which will be coming to light now.
  8. If his Speedo said 79-80 that would be closer to 75 on a calibrated Speedo that's on a police car.
  9. I don't see how you could get any sort of win from an ET, they could give almost any reason within 2 years to get rid of your wife and there is very little that could be done. Assuming they pay up correctly for time owed, holidays etc there is very little left you could do about the dismissal
  10. I can't help directly, but just this week I incorrectly booked both flights and hotel on the wrong days. I realised just after booking and called first thing next morning. Both FlyBe & premier Inn changed them FOC, even although they were both fixed. They both did say it was because I called within 24 hours.
  11. So was your VoIP account with VM?, Normally the VoIP modems just use the data side from your BB provider and you pay someone else for using their VoIP service. I would have thought the bill would be from your VoIP provider?
  12. Yeah that's not what I was expecting at all. I can't imagine that comes without the need for planning permission and all the associated risk assessments. So yes speak with planning, they may have an online portal that you can search your address on.
  13. If it is one of those it's not a mast, it's a signal booster, no good for TV signal, but good for phone, assuming you are on ee. Any possibility of a mix up
  14. Can you search for "ee 4g antenna" and have a look at the images, is it the one with the ee logo you have? Not sure this link will work https://goo.gl/images/BVXMDp
  15. Out of interest, was it an adhesive back ticket or not? If it not sticky does this mean the parking company did not mitigate the risk of exactly this happening through their cost cutting excercise?
  16. Just a point GPDR came into play on 25 May, your letter straddles the date, so they may have got your info before 25th from DVLA
  17. I believe if they have an ongoing reason for keeping your data that is acceptable, you can obviously request it is destroyed, but that won't get you an option for another job. Think about it this way. You are second choice of candidate, the primary for whatever reason does not remain, so you would be the next in line, that could be a few months down the line. Would you prefer that they immediately destroyed your data or wait for a while?
  18. Hi Andy, must be a Thai translation! Further update to OP There is a note in the FAQ about removing a safety clip? It's noted on page 17 of the instructions too, was this removed, it looks like it stops the tank trying to heat without water in it.
  19. Ok, so that shower needs 1.5 bar, it sounds like you have a header tank for cold water? If so I doubt if you have 1.5 bar as that would need 15m vertically from the tank to the shower head. So you have a couple of options to fix it, one check your mains water pressure us above 1.5 bar and get a plumber to connect it in from the mains rather than the tank Two, change the shower, but it sounds like it's a selection issue and nothing directly wrong with the shower. Andy, just to confirm, the shower would run from a smaller MCB but at some point it would trip, however until that point it would heat as designed. I'm not suggesting this is an acceptable solution, but not quite as you described.
  20. I assume from your comments it's either an electric shower or an electric pumped shower. If you can confirm the make model that would help suggestions. However a couple of things to note. Electric showers all limit the flow, this is the only way they can heat the water to a suitable level, so I suspect the flow rate is what you are going to get with that particular shower. Secondly it's really unlikely the two showers are faulty, but you never know, I would phone the maker directly and see what they suggest. It may well be wired incorrectly, was the electrician part of an approved body like NICEIC?
  21. Do you use acid wheel cleaner? It can cause damage if over used or left on too long. But it's certainly not good, looks like the coating was a bit thin on the corners
  22. Was there absolute proof as to when the photo was taken? Is it possible it was taken long before September possibly even September 16?
  23. Apparently their sign writer can't spell ANPR either
  24. I'll make a prediction. He will tell you some of it is natural and to be expected. Other parts can be fixed. Sofology staff will tell you the sofa travels a long way and it's safer to have it fixed than replaced as damage can occur in transit and the replacement could be in a similar condition! Why wait and give them any suggestion you will accept anything other than a refund. Get writing and get your money back.
