  8. Cheque recieved today - - they said that they had not been informed by their outsource partner that costs had been awarded - seems that robinson and ind dont even talk to each other, , maybe robinson will soon see that IND aint that clever after all, and ditch them. anyway all done and dusted with this lot now and so glad that I managed to make a small dent in their profits

  12. Nothing you can do, they only heaer/read what they want to hear/read - send one last letter with your offer and then add at the bottom that any further letters sent by you will incur a £25 charge for materials and time, payable within 14 days. then watch them throw their teddy in the corner
  13. I would simply write to MCS and state that has there is no agreement (according to the info recieved via the SAR and CCA requests) for this alledged loan and/or debt then there is nothing to pay, and until such time as an agreement is provided you will be paying nothing further and that any attempts at further attempts to collect will be viewed as harrassment and reported to the relevant authorities as such.

  20. I offered £10 a month 4 years ago, and I am still waiting, they keep writing and saying please make an offer, I now reply when I can be bothered that is, to see the letter dated xx/xx/xx then they go quiet for another 6 months or so
  21. they have no rights to your detials either, you tell them what you will pay you do not let them dictate what that amount is, simply write back and state Dear Fools I am offering £x amount per month by standing order. Please submit to me your bank detials and I will arrange this payment, if you intend to refuse this amount then I strongly suggest that you arrange court action and we will let a judge decide how much I can afford to pay you.
  22. in addition, always pay your priority bills befire any credit cards, unsecured loans -
