    well well well,I did say who had all the aces! and who said I had something up my sleeve?. and the doughters who thought I had no chance, WELL you got it wrong. I WON I WON I WON .got the reply letter for my second representation clearly stating that they had looked into the matter further,and allowed my penalty charge to be cancelled. I will be putting up the letter on hear as soon as I have a redacted copy"personal details removed". Would admin like to change the title of this thread to" won against local authority penalty charge".

    stable door and horse come to mind! you cannot get a ccj without going to court, being found guilty, being fined/parking charge plus costs etc, then refusing to pay such fine ,only then may,i say may get a ccj against your name. mays iffs and buts.

    please do not feel sorry for me ,save that for the weak & elderly who unfortunately know no better to help themselves. but as said before its a gamble but I wonder who has all the aces ! and shows the best hand.

    having read all the replys to this thread and all well appreciated ,but unfortunately I aint one for rolling over and giving up,the next step is to appeal again,then if no success I can then appeal again to a independent ajudicater last chance" saloon but hey ! ho! sometimes you gotta gamble to win, he who dares Rodney. watch this space.

    i have received a penalty charge notice for not displaying a ticket in my windscreen, bought the ticket put it on my windscreen and it was a very cold wet damp day, the ticket must of fell off the screen down the front of the screen, when i got back to the car i seen the traffic warden , i pulled out the parking ticket that had fallen off the screen and showed it to him, he said sorry but i already written the ticket out for it, but write into them and tell them whats happened and they will cancell it. i did this and they have rejected my presentation of a dispute to them, i have 14 days to pay . is there anything i can do ???. thanks in advance.

    be carefull before riding gun ho into the subject access request that's gonna cost you £10 ,easier to go the route of the caggers as suggested on your thread,also less stress.
