  1. if thats it, then is stayed. to double check ring the court on monday. as it is stayed, if they want to carry on with the claim they would need to make an app'n (with fee) to lift the stay to proceed.
  2. if the claimant didn't inform the court in time that they are proceeding following receipt of your defence, or there was no other application by them in time, then it will have been auto stayed. yes, check mcol see what it says.
  3. ps on the title, the mortgage co will be a registered proprietor under the titles' charges and have a restriction requiring their consent re any disposition?
  4. don't know, seems to be a subscription one? if you're after a 'free' one have a search; eg 'best free antivirus' there is also the MS inbuilt ones; mse, win defender (do you have those turned off when you're using another real time antivirus? using more than one real time at the same time will slow things down and may cause conflicts)
  5. i know. i was saying try that sfc you suggested to see if it sorts the 360 operation. (and, i didn't like 360 anyway even with no sfc issues) otherwise, a poss alternative to 360 could be avira...
  6. you mention 'joint tenants' but then refer to in common have you checked the registry title, and bazzas link for eg https://www.gov.uk/joint-property-ownership/check-your-ownership-details anyway, if there is a registered mortgage interest, they would need to agree afaik (not object) re any change (maybe unlikely imo).
  7. no, a copy of an original signed wld be the same thing. it would though need to contain the prescribed terms see dx's post
  8. ok, i haven't seen your upload. you said 'original' in your first post as it was in 05 you say, they then wld need to show that there was a signed agreement containing all of the prescribed terms. see what the guys say re your upload.
  9. they would need to show there was an original signed one as it was prior to 2007. but, seems they have done as you say unless its not in the prescribed form?
  10. try the sfc dx mentioned, see if that works. that wasn't why i ditched it (ie no sfc probs), i just didn't like it overall. an alternative? up to you, do a search. though avira free seems to be ok.
  11. same. tried it. uninstalled it about 30 mins later.
  12. your webrowser issues could be re any ad/script blockers. disable those and then try the same web page you were trying. do you have any other antivirus/security/firewall programs running as well as 360, such as windows mse etc. try uninstalling 360 then, see how things go. but ensure you have at least one antivirus going. also, could try another antiv to scan, see if there maybe a virus going on.
  13. no, it's ok was just asking., to know ooi after looking into cpa. can take my posts out then.
  14. was just asking, as i noted it re looking up cpa. delete my posts there then.
  15. this one (esure) does apparently. auto re if an online app'n.
  16. quick general Q re cpa. can a co. 'charge' for cancelling (opt out) cpa (eg when it has been auto applied re auto ins. renewal) for eg under their policy 'terms' re change in policy/payment details fee. thanks.
  17. as the letter says, the clamping is deemed separate to the 'untaxed' liability (its note #3 re the Regs). as said, the same hoops need to be jumped through re a nil tax vehicle. (even though they know its nil on their computers) this is something to be aware of now when buying/transferring a vehicle, as any tax (even nil) on it now gets auto cancelled upon. before
  18. how much (total) then are they after now
  19. what is their defence? have you done your DQ
  20. double check the Regs first. but i think thats the one re the 14 day 'no reason' cancellation/refund. check with the guys on here as well
