hi boredom, no you wont be attending on the 14th, when I rang today to see where my letter of stay was I was told that ALL cases for the 14th were stayed. Therefore, expect a letter soon in the post from cardiff court. What you have to do next is fill a N244 Form (links on this thread) and attach the objection to the stay statement (also linked in this thread) let us know if you get stuck on anything

Hi Olden, as kashie mentioned .... in section C put see attached documents and list them - you cant copy and paste onto these forms neither can you save the information so make sure you print out a copy for yourself. Just phoned ccc to see where my letter is - it was sent out on the 7th so I should have it tomorrow... so now off to get my application in - oh happy days!!

when you go to .com you have to select your country ie uk... if you go to .co.uk you go straight to uk page - wonder how many overseas customers are complaining then!!

thanks Mostyn, although it looks like all the cases for the 14th are receiving stay letters I'd best wait for mine just in case the judge had a change of heart with my new socs and pocs! I'll also give the court a ring as you suggested, cheers Jenny

thanks for the merge, but too late I submitted new POC and SOC on 1st Aug and I changed the start date on SOC... I did phone the court to try and clarify and was told it was up to the judge and if he wasnt happy would revert to my original SOC's.... but because I had over inflated my interest on original claim the new ones actually amount to less with the correct interest....although the actual charges were more .. ah well will wait and see. Still waiting for stay information from court (Cardiff 14th Aug hearing) and just feel really deflated.

I just rang cardiff court as I only sent in one copy of the N244 (wondered why I had so many copies left in my file) - the clerk I spoke to was really friendly and said dont worry we will photocopy it and then transferred me to another clerk to find out about the 14th... he was polite and said that a letter would be sent to me regarding the stay

ditto here.... Tom Hickey went on holiday for 2 weeks and then changed his tune about a settlement... im gutted

.. and please dont forget, if you are in receipt of any type of benefit i.e. working tax credit you can apply to be exempt from any court fees

think bide your time for a bit, there may be more stuff to send in later perhaps if we get a stay and you can include an updated SOC with that, make your £65 more worthwhile. Im ok, but just gutted, I ve been really wound up about the court date, sleepless night etc., really getting stressed and now it seems for nothing ....and you?

I did it because I realised that I had calculated my interest wrong (before I knew this group existed) I managed to inflate my claim by about 1K.. thought Id better rectify it... but wondering now what was the point!
