I did exactly the same, I sent a letter suggesting small claims track and a draft of directions, but it doesn't look like they have bothered with those, shame though, it would of been great forcing barclays hand! Its cool, thanks for the offer though, unless you can do the assessments for me theres not much anyone can do to help!!! I failed my first application at the assessment centre on grounds of race and diversity - I felt like a complete racist when they sent the letter to me, which I just want to say is absolute rubbish, i just couldn't answer a question. Next time though I'm in, gotta be postive!!!!
