Please help! When I sent my 2nd letter with the list of charges, I also added the interest charge as well, but I have just noticed that I shouldn't of done that at this stage and should of done that later on! Have I completely messed up my claim? I'm so annoyed with myself Is someone able to tell if its still ok to carry on ..... Bugger!!!

Hi, I wrote to Barclays with my second letter giving them 2 weeks in which to respond. They have wrote back saying: Sorry that you have had to contact us about the level of service blah ... blah.. blah We are looking into your concerns and will let you have an answer or update as quickly as possible, but no later than the 8th March. Does this mean I have to wait until then and see what they say or can I keep going with my time line. By my time line I should be sending my 3rd letter (LBA) on Thursday this week. What should I do?

Hey! This site is awesome!!! Well yesterday I recieved my bank statements, so I have gone through them and am sending the prelim letter to them in todays post asking for the interest back too! It looked soo complicated at first, but thankfully worked my way through and found a great tool for working it out, I think I made it more complicated than it needed to be, everything is on this site that you need. I'm actually quite excited about doing this and the responce I will get off them!!! I've heard that the banks are changing their tactic's, has anyone had any problems or are they just trying to scare us off? I would just hate to be the 1st that they take seriously!! Took longer me than you'd expect Well I thought I'd say hi, I've just started looking at trying to get my money back from Barclays, but get it back I will, so no doubt you'll hear alot from me asking for help and advice.
