after a very annoying conversation with abbey today and wasnt allowed to speak to supervisors or anything i am considering this.

 

will it effect my credit rating though?

 

also ive got pissed off a few months ago and open new account with first direct so am just trying to pay my od off will this look bad?

 

how far do they take it? they have refunded charges to me in the past but wont budge with these

I'm getting quite amused by the way some of the banks are reacting all of a sudden, by simply refusing to refund the charges without giving a reason, or refusing to speak to customers! 8)

 

We've got them on the defensive, people, keep going! :lol::lol::lol:

Why should you care whether it looks bad or not? They gave you bad service, you changed providers, end of.

 

They can't touch your credit rating for suing them, no. The only way for them to affect that is to default your account, and there are rules, tfft.

 

Not sure what u mean by "how far do they take it". The question is: how far are YOU prepared to take it?
