  2. any advise on doing this?? FD paid up £417 in october fine was happy. the last few months ive not been the best with odd charge here and there and ive not noticed them really so just accepted it and decided all would be fine today im seriously ****ed off though i went online over a week ago to change a payment date so it didnt come out on the first and instead the 4th (pay day) and i log on today to find its been paid (£78) so has taken me over my OD and they also took and charge which has taken me further over my OD. im sitting at £206 OD with OD of £100! this has seriously annoyed me as when i phoned them up they said they didnt receive the request (rubbish!) and they couldnt do anything about it i now have £100 charges due which i cant afford and im livid wasnt going to claim back but they have annoyed me to no ends and even suggested moving money from my savings to cover this - why should i do this when they didnt do as i instructed! she says they cant refund me anymore charges due to my claim in october ive worked out including the £100 its £270 to claim what happens when you do a second claim though? i have £3k in savings with them so dont want anything to happen and im pretty happy with the account apart from this crap ive these last few days! im tempted to just sent them a moan and hope to get something from it??
