Couple of days ago I sent off the adapted bundle, with copys of statements etc....

I sent one to the court and one to my local Barclays branch..

Yesterday I recieved a nice phone call from Barclays local branch informing me that they had recieved the documentation, but wanted to know what they should do with it?

As all my letters have always gone to the branch I sent the paperwork there as well, wasnt sure where else to send it, the lady at Barclays kindly said she would forward the documents to London for me...

9 Days to go until court???? Im bolloxed if I end up having to go:-x .

Just got a call from Barclays saying they want to settle, except there list of charges dont seem to tally with mine...........they are around £600 short, well if they take off my interest and a few charges I suppose they could get to that amount.....Im awaiting a call back from them at the moment, I know they will query the interest.....What do I say if they ask why I applied interest....
