We need your help folks! Re old T&Cs

Not changed the account since i opened it in 2000 so will try and get hold of them. I think I will go onto final stage and submit to court. I was reluctant to do this without T&C because I was under the impression that those that had failed had done so because they did not have them.

why not ask the bank to provide this.if court proceedings have already been started, request this under the disclosure rules.If the bank fails to provide this, ask the court to make an unless order failing which the defence will be struck out.

what is the Court Order I can make if they fail to privide these t&c's

Hi I need the T&Cs for Barclays 2001. The ones I can download from this site are much too small to read (booklet format). I have tried everything I can to enlarge them.

Your best bet is to write to Barclays customer support and ask them to send you a copy of the relevant T&Cs.

 

If you have already filed a claim in court, then ask Barclays solicitors for them

Hi Steven, Thanks for getting back. Barclays had filed a defence and I have also had a letter from their Legal Clerk.

So I guess I should write there for there TOCs. Many thanks MM

 

PS I received their Defence a few days ago, should I contact Court to see if is actually being stayed. Thanks again.

If you are that stage then tell them you want them pursuant to CPR Part 18.

Not sure if you'd want these, but I have T&C's from HSBC Gold Credit Card circa 2006, been sent to husband, but can photocopy and send, only slight issue you may have is that they are 20-25 pages. Let me know if you want them.
