I had a quick scan of this thread last night (just b4 my eyes dropped onto my cheeks).

I've asked questions (some would say repeatedly - with justification) of various helpers and Mods, and, YES, some were very time sensitive and didn't always get a reply, HOWEVER, this is NOT my own personal legal advice centre, And YES, I was given a brain (not too many grey cells left now) and YES I was given a measure of common sense (despite wot the wife says) and so I am able to follow the guidelines presented.

These folk who keep this rolling ALSO HAVE LIVES - learn to live with the situation people, and divert energy from backbiting to your own projects.

When you say you empower people - then you'd better believe it.

Do you realise you now have a host of people of all walks 'rabbiting' on about 'N1s', AQs, stays, strike outs (and they ain't talking baseball) and regurgitating so many stray items of case law that trying to have a quiet drink is now damned near an impossibility.

You also have to consider the 'ripple' effect - I've now spoken with at least 5 groups of people who, in turn, have gone away and done their own thing. I'm also assisting some 10 people, who really do work hours that would not enable them to address the problems of reclaiming ( I can picture Zootscoot (may God preserve) rolling in the aisles at that one!).

So I say Bless JanetM, Jonni2bad, Bookworm, Gizmo111 (are there really another 110?), Dave and Zoot, Martin AND ALL the others.

To hell with the detractors (bank inserts maybe??) and PLEASE keep up the good work.
