I would like my CAG email address sorted out *RESOLVED*

I'm more than a little bit hacked off. I signed up for a CAG email address. The money has been taken out of my account but I can't access anything. I've written twice, politely, to enquire as to what's happening but still nothing and I've had no correspondence to give me the pop3 or smtp settings and other details that I need.

 

Should I take the CAG to the small claims court? All I really want is the details so that I can use the service I've paid for, so come on folks, play the game.

I don't think you'll get much support here in trying to sue The Consumer Action Group but if you would like to PM me your paypal e-mail address and the CAG email address you requested, I will try and get that sorted out for you.
