ok i came across a slight problem today, got a letter from dg solicitors, saying please can i send them my breakdown of charges, now i understood it to be that

a) they knew them anyway so wh should i waste a good piece of paper

b) it wasnt required unitl a court date was being set

if i have to send them the breakdown then fair enough thats what i'll do,

i tried ringing them to sort it out but got voicemail :(

any advice?

Did you print off the spreadsheet and attach it to your claim form? Has the bank had a list of the charges you are claiming for a refund?

If the answer is yes to either or both questions, then you can tell DG to stick their request where the sun don't shine.

If this information has not been previously provided, then yes, I would suggest sending them a copy ASAP. :)

See the steps I took to get my bank charges back.

Hey snap ive recieved the exact same letter today!!

What i think i may do is photo copy all the staements that I have spents hours siving through, highlighting all the charges so they at least have to do some work for them selves.

Maybe we could charge them for administration costs, think it comes in around £25 for ten seconds these days!!!!!
