Have you ever known a bank to admit they are in the wrong??

They have a way with words, don't they!! I punched the phrase into google & all it came up with was a Halifax/Bank of Scotland site, but no definition. Trying to dissect the words, it sounds like you're classed as being in the retail sector, in an area covered by regulation (FSA presumably?) ... but "risk"??

ask if it is their final stance, and if they are going to comply.

If no inform the information commisioner, if they say take it into your own hands SO BE IT.

start court action to get your dpa request.

Someone somewhere came up with this name for this department; they might of even got good money for doing so.

However, all I asked for was the all the information under the DPA rule; and if they are writing to me from that department I would like to know what it means and do they see me as a risk???

The only risk they should be interested in is the one that say's 'beware of whom you are dealing with'
