Fellow members dealing with Nation-whine: patience and perseverence is the key to seeing your claims through to 100% result.

Having started writing them letters back in November and getting nowhere, I am now at the stage where I actually got ALL my charges that I claimed (£ 3.3 k) BUT:

1. NO Interest/Over £ 1k (only asking for 8% backdated/start yr 2001)

2. NO Court Fee/£ 120 (said they'd contest, but they didn't: loophole?)

They have really p...ed me off, so I'm not not going to let them off the hook. Back in December, I even offered to take £ 3k, but they had none of it, now they are off their high horse, they are in for a rough ride.

I'll be inclined to complete the form asking for the FULL BALANCE to be paid

Any advice from any members in similar situation as to where it may lead? (Apart from more delays)

Just to update the pos and anyone interested:

I got all my charges back PLUS interest PLUS court fee, a total of over 4.5k. The even better news is that I got to keep the account too, as they didn't close it like they've been prevously doing to everyone. Thanks guys!
