Argos -Fraud - Charges - Help

Hey,

 

I will file a claim for dad on his argos account within the next few weeks.

My question is - which Im stuck on, is our card got used by an ex lodger going back over 1.5 - 2 years ago.

We filed a claim with Argos and told us to basically get lost in other words.

Any advice on what to do? Do I mention this in the Prilim letters?

Need a little bit more info Louise...What are you going to be caiming for exactly?

Basically, Dad will claim against the charges he got on the account.

 

 

But, before we do this - Because we were a target of fraud 2 years ago - Can we go back and try to get the money that was taken from us back first.

But it being so long ago would they look it back up again?

To be honest, I don't know if you could get a fraud case re-opened after such a long time...Perhaps speak to the police about that- or Argos Directly...At least you can claim the charges back- Is it still with Argos or is it with a Debt Collection Agency (DCA) ?
