I have to send my court bundle off in the next 2 days and have been compiling them for the last week.

I have used the bundle suggestion on the site and have found it very useful.

I seem to be lacking example cases that The Abbey have settled or lost.

Is it ok to use cases from this site that have been succesfull against Abbey and can I use examples from this site where The Abbey have settled in full without going to court??

Any advice will be very helpful as I only have 2 days left. My bundle is currently 176 pages and looking good. My court date is 5th March 10:30am @ Guildford County Court.

Absolutely use cases from this site... there are quite a few winning in the last few weeks actually... Me being one of them :D

Look through the Abbey sucesses section in the forum - all wins get moved there.

Sorry to hijack this thread for a minute but could I ask a quicky?

On the spreadsheet I notice there are only 2 entries for Cahoot but quite a few more for Abbey. Can I use the examples of Abbey in my bundle or do I have to stick to Cahoot (I'm suing Cahoot).

The last letter I recieved from the bank was from Abbey on Abbey headed paper but corresponding to a Cahoot account.
