There is no pattern.Many people have chose to contact them theirselves.

Unless you agree to a considerable discount for them they dont want to know...UNTIL a week or two before the hearing.

I am going to update my thread tonight.

I can say that settlement has in principle been agreed.

My claim was started last MAY....put it this way......I would not like all my claims to have been Barclays !!!!

If you want to claim contractual interest, you must do so from the beginning.

hello anyone . help needed I want to claim contractual interest but I have sent my lba i thought i didnt need to include interest claim until mcol. now someone has said i should have stated that in my first letter is this right and if so how do I get round it? :confused: :confused:

It is right, as I said in my post #25 above.

 

Your claim should either be simple interest or contractual interest. Did you read the link I gave you?

been away working in spain, come home to find offer for approx 60% in need of money right now gonna try and get that increased if not I will go to mcol. I thought I would sign the letter and send it back with the figure I would accept. agree?????????????????????????????:-? :-? :-? :-?
