Hi

I haven't posted for a while but thought I would update on my process. I completed my N1 a while ago and Halifax are defending the claim. I completed the AQ on 28 December and I have received a court date for the 5 March 2007.

Not sure what I do now. Do I sit and wait for the date or should i contact Halifax and try to get them to pay up before going to court.

Really nervous of the prospect of going to court. But nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Any comments would be helpful.

Thanks

Lynnette

Thanks for your reply Zootscoot. I have a Notice of Allocation to the Small Claims Track (Hearing).

It also states that each aprty shall deliver to every other party and to the court office copies of all documents (including any experts' report) on which he intends to rely at the hearing no later than 14 days before the hearing.

Does that mean I have to send the court bundle?

Again thanks for your help.

Hi

i have been trying to compose a letter to Halifax regarding refunding my ERF but I'm not sure what to write. Is there anyone who has written to their mortgage company after the AQ has been submitted and a court date been set.

Any help would be gratefully appriciated.
