I sent an important parcel through Evri on 28th November which never reached its destination.

It was sent on the next day service ,tracked ,signed for and insured ..

I have not been able to get any sense from any angle as regards claiming compensation or preferably recovering the parcel the contents of which are irreplaceable..

I went to the depot near where the parcel was going and they wouldnt help but took my email address to send me a claim form ..

This they never did !  ..

In February the tracking eventually came up with that it was picked up from my designated pick up point ..

There never was a designated pick up point and neither did I pick it up ..

The whole thing has been an absolute farce !

Fuming about this and the annoyance and inconvenience is absolute not to mention the expense and sheer disappointment of loosing irreplaceable goods of considerable financial and sentimental value..

I really don't know what to do next..

Tracking number is *****

I have the receipt and also screenshots of the tracking stages ..

What can I do to claim ?

literally 100's of threads exactly the same here to read and get up to speed on what you should do.

once you've read a good few 10's of them

comeback here with any resulting questions.

was this an ebay sale or something direct P2P?

bit more detail would be useful

Please follow the advice given by my site team colleague. Read a lot of the stories on this sub forum so that you will start to understand the principles .

Very important because this is a self-help forum and also it will give you confidence .

You will need to spend at least a day or so reading up the stories so that And you will find understand the situation .

Please let us know what the item was, it's value, was the value correctly declared, was the identity of the item correctly declared and did you buy their so-called insurance .

Give us that information but read the stories and then come back here in a day or so And you will find that you probably understand most of the process .

We will help you
