  • dx100uk changed the title to UAE debt IDR - Letter Of Claim

Guys, sorry again for asking but I’m going to make an offer to pay what I can on a monthly basis. With that said it will be a low offer (£150)ish. Will the bank be A’holes and try to force me to pay more? Even if I’ve agreed a payment offer?

cheers

I have heard awful stories about people who have offered to pay and then IDR demand more and more. You also don’t know that they are even representing the bank, you should wait for the SD and go from there.

you need to be reading other trhreads

most of the SD's turn out to be fake threats anyway.

follow that letter of claim thread post 5

deal with IDR.

if you wishto make an offer to the bank directly then do so in writing ONLY.

as they do because they've ensnared a mug that knows no better.

IDR are powerless.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

they are at liberty to proceed as they wish, who knows we dont have a crystal ball

if one ever succeeds is a differing matter.

you really need to read a good few 10's of UAE threads HERE to understand the complete situation.
