sale of goods went out long ago.

now part of the consumer rights act 2015.

the item was not as described/not fit for purpose.

you report this within the required 30 days from the date of it being in your actual possession.

you have accept 'a repair', they have one chance to rectify your issue, should this then not be to your requirements, you can request a full refund.

i would expire the retailers options first before you involve your credit card company under section 75 of the consumer credit act.

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

as i said...you CANNOT reject the item until its back with you and can only then reject if it still does not match.

you agreed to a repair.

should that be the case, as your are exercising your consumer rights to reject it, they pay returns costings
