I received a parking charge notice as the registered to keeper.

 

I was not the driver but the contravention date is the 20/10/2022 and the issue date was 14/11/2022.

 

I’m I right in saying that this ticket is not valid as they have not issued it within the 14 days?

For either option, does it say which appeals body they operate under.

and they allow 0 mins grace??

not good for them on all fronts

 

sit on your hands see if the registered keeper eventually gets a letter of claim

 

everything else like DCA letters

That's because of this load of old bilge in the IPC CoP

 

13.3 A Grace Period is not required when the Permitted Period of Parking does not
exceed 1 hour providing that the signage on the site makes it clear to the Motorist,
in a prominent font, that no Grace Period applies on that land.

 

@Caramelbis this place local to you?  Would it be easy to go back and get pix of the signs?

As the NTK is out of time to create keeper liability that's your strongest argument so just ignore (but keep) all their tripe unless you get a letter before claim, I doubt this will go anywhere though as they are on a hiding to nothing.
