DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

this was the email I sent...

Dear Ms. O’Sheen,

I am sending this email in regard to a PCN received from Premier Park Ltd for overstaying by one minute.  This was due to my autistic niece falling over and hurting herself on the ice rink.  Please note that because of her condition, certain situations can be very challenging and upsetting to watch.

We paid a lot of money for my children and nieces to attend the ice rink and also paid for the car park, please see the attached receipt.

I ask that you please get this PCN canceled as it is causing a lot of unnecessary worry and upset.

I see what you wrote was superb and included all the essential details.

So, adapting Nick Boy's adaptation 😀 how about -

Dear Ms O'Sheen,

thank you for your disappointing e-mail of XXX.

I note you did not even try to give a reason why "we wouldn’t have been able to dispute a ticket with such a gap in-between" because there is none.  You are the organ grinders here and can call off your agents, the private parking company, whenever you want.  it is irrelevant if you are contacted an hour, a day, a week, a month or a year after the invoice issued.  It is also common sense that the legal threats your agents dish out will worsen with time.

Your statement "I cannot see any issues on that date that would have caused for anyone to not pay for parking" is breathtaking.  Firstly, the parking was paid.  Well, except for one minute.  Which was due to an injury caused to an autistic child.  As you know full well.

You may not be able to see any issues but I'm sure the local rag and the local radio station will.  The parasites you have invited in to infest the car park have just formally threatened me with court action.  I have refused to pay.  No doubt they will issue a court claim in a week or so.  In England & Wales anyone can attend a court hearing.  So I will invite the local media.  it's not like a lot happens in Gillingham, I'm sure they will take the carrot of the ludicrous one-minute overstay and the injury to an autistic child.  The way your company encourages harassment of genuine customers who have paid considerable amounts to use your facilities will be plastered all over the local news.

Of course all this unpleasantness could be avoided if you simply faced up to your legal responsibilities and called off your dogs.

Yours,

XXXXX

Obviously tweak - you know the names of the local media for example.

A lot will depend on the company's policy.  Some will try to fob the customer off the first time then intervene if the customer insists.  Others have a policy of protecting the PPCs.  We've seen both sets of behaviour.  But it's worth a try.

Dear Ms O'Sheen,

I am disappointed that you have not replied to my e-mail of 16 March.

So a day in court for you and dreadful publicity it is then.

Yours,
