Banned from Sainsburys

I have been banned from my local sainsbury's,

 

im on strong mental health meds which lead to memory loss on accession and im also prone to mood swings,

 

I have no memory of why I was banned what do I do from here,

 

I was told I shoplifted

I have no memory of why I was banned what do I do from here, I was told I shoplifted but later on I found a bill so I must of paid for some items

you are already under you GP.

might be an idea to mention you've done this to your GP.

 

nothing you need to worry about.

 

you might get scary letters from the likes of RLP/DWF which you TOTALLY IGNORE.
