That quote from earlier about the 24th is directly from HM Courts & Tribunals Service and 24th is a Monday

(sorry, I know you're an expert in this and I'm not doubting you, just sharing the information directly from HM Courts & Tribunals Service correspondence)

Its 33 days - the date the claim is deemed served (28+5)  ,

that date is top right on the claim and is one in the count = 23rd but thats a sunday,

courts close filing at 4pm friday and any claim movement sent at the w/end is not lodged until the mondays date.

Pretty immaterial as you cant really do anything anyway even if they are late.

Now if it gets to say tues/weds then you might be able to apply judgement. Watch mcol carefully.

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

They've asked for a 14 day extension "as allowed under Rule 3.8(4) of the Civil Procedure Rules: https://www.justice.gov.uk/courts/procedure-rules/civil/rules/part03" because they are "still collating the necessary information in order to be able to properly respond to your claim" which will give them until "4pm on 7 November 2022"
