Hello, i have about £8,500 negative balance on my paypal, i have read on this forum that paypal do not sell their debts and they do not report a negative balance to credit agencies, does this still applies or things has changed?

Also, will paypal allow me pay what i can afford over time? I really need advice. Thanks

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

I opened my PayPal account in 2019, not paypal credit but PayPal negative balance because i don't have enough money in my account,  so the direct debits bounced, not gambling but i lost lots of money on Crypto and stock trading.

non Pp credit debts never nor can show on cra files.

Get reading up as advised please!

You do not HAVE to agree any structured payplan at all!! If you wish to repay, then just do so as and when

You seem really green on all things debt ..

PP should not have allowed this to happen, irresponsible lending!!  But as they are (were) not UK regulated stuff and all anyone can do about it Inc them to make you repay it!.......your call.

Just ensure you remove all payment cards/bank accounts from your pp wallet and comeback here if you can't and ask, they could snatch money.
