Part of the Asda group. Owner's name is Zuber Issa and the Company Secretary is Helen Kathryn Selby.

My partner and I ordered 2 Tyres on Wednesday 29th.June. We were promised the tyres would be fitted on Thursday 30th.June by Livingston Autocentre West Lothian at 8am.

The tyres were never delivered and when pressed Asda then said they would deliver on Friday 1st.July for fitting at 2pm. Again they failed to keep that commitment too.

Now the delivery is scheduled for Wednesday 6/7/22 at 12.30.

As the car needs these tyres to pass an MOT, and it will be 7 days from the original fitting date was arranged

I wish to seek compensation for the inconvenience and duress.

Asda say delays are covered in their T&C's. I say T&C's have to be fair both ways.

Asda entered into a contract to supply and fit tyres on a specific date and payment was made in advance of service as required.

Furthermore, Trustpilot reviews are very damning. It seems ours is not an isolated complaint, there are a lot of unhappy customers of Asda Tyres.

We have tried to phone Asda HQ in Leeds (Phone No:0113 243 5435) It is impossible to speak with anyone. The Fax No: 44(0) 113 241 8666 isn't working either.

Only way of communicating is by email. When we ask that they phone us, they chose to reply by email.

We will be pressing for compensation, so any advise would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Do a chargeback And go elsewhere?

Unless they are willing to do compensation, you certainly can't sue for that nor distress.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
