Hi everybody, I am a new member to the forum but have used this great resource for some years. Thank you for providing this service.

In regards to this KJK investment/G Loans situation, I too am one of the many users who lost it all.

I was also going to explore this option also but my funds were never held by GPC SIPP LTD but another SIPP provider who are still active.

I just wondered if it was an option submitting a complaint about them?

it sounds like my case is similar to another member here -@filrobbo

The buying of shares in a SIPP **WON £33K through FSCS** - Page 2 - Pensions - including Pensions Fraud - Consumer Action Group

in that I took this KJK/G Loans pension option and part of KJK's requirements was that I had to transfer the funds into a SIPP provider namely Corporate And Professional Pensions Limited. I then took the 50% loan and the rest was supposedly made up of KJK shares.

I noticed the above member had some success with the FSCS investigating another SIPP provider.

I just wonder what the situation could be with my provider/other providers?

Thank you in advance for any input on this.

Thank you to anyone here who can offer any input.  🙂

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

yes this could help esp the IFA firm as like that other thread you then might have a claim if they've been struck off or done a runner through the FSCS.
