Bought from STAYSURE annual Travel Insurance in Jan’20 for travel in May ‘20. Due to FCO advice travel was cancelled but got refund from airline. I have asked that the policy be cancelled outright & a full refund be given. Various letters and phone calls have not been successful. Can anyone help. Thank you.

So why would you want a refund on an annual policy you can still use it for another 5 months ?

We could do with some help from you.

Hi Andy. Due to FCO travel advice & personal listed health conditions on policy will not travel within the current pandemic 

The policy was made ‘redundant’ and will never be used.

Thankyou. I’ve had a good read thru. their website today again. No changes from before. Staysure are not giving any leeway on multi trip policies   I think this is extenuating circumstances and there should be some goodwill shown if a policy can never be used due to government travel bans. Staysure actually state too that the policy will be void. 

will contact them again to see if they will budge.
