why are you blindly paying any DCA on any old credit card debt they claim you owe?

a DCA is NOT A BAILIFF

and has

ZERO legal powers on any debt, not matter what it's type.

 

as for this MCS-Aware monthly charity donation standing order...

if it is coming out of your bank account too..

you would have had to have signed up to it yourself...

a standing order is cannot be set up without you allowing it by ticking some kind of box agreeing to it.
