Quick one

 

Purchased Arctis 7 Gaming Headset from Argos less than 3 weeks ago from Argos store in Sainsburys.

Will not keep charge more than 50% after 3 weeks - Which is considered a fault - Asked by Steelseries to return to store. 

 

Price of headset wasnt on discount but has now gone up by £30 on their website.

I want to exchange because the headset is veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy good... I use it work to make calls etc as well as game.

 

If I exchange - Will I have to pay the Higher price.?

No you won't have to pay a higher price. You are entitled to be put into the position that you would have been had there been no fault – in other words, had the contract not been breached. That means that you paid a certain price for a certain headset and you are entitled to have that headset at that agreed price

Thanks Bankfodder - Argos confirmed in store that it would be the same price as before - But they had none in stock so will order in for 4pm today :)

I can pick it up later.
