I bought an Apple product on ebay from seller acorreia84.
The latter delivered a counterfeit product.
It's dangerous, it doesn't work.
The seller acorreia84 refuses to reimburse me.

I can understand that you are angry but simply coming onto this forum to try and trash somebody without actually doing anything for yourself is not what we are about here.

So can you try to stick to practicalities please. Have you thought about telephoning eBay and explaining the situation to them? That might be a good start so that you have got it on record that there is a problem. I think it is important to establish a paper trail of complaints as quickly as possible.

Secondly, what is the Apple product. You don't say. What is the value of it? You don't say.

By that you settle down and tell us the story

simply go do a chargeback on the funding source of your paypal account via your relevant bank.

 

Ebay/paypal are setup to allow and absorb these types of trading losses on their platform
