Around 1999/2000 I had a credit card with The Associates and also one with Citibank.

A couple of years ago The Associates were taken over by Citibank (or something like that) and the balance of my Associates card was absorbed by the Citibank one so that I then had only one credit card with a higher limit and higher balance.

I have all the details of the Citibank card that are needed to make a DPA request, but I only have part of the account number for the Associates one - is there anyway I can still get statements for this account (prior to the amalgamation) if I dont have the account number?

I have a feeling that the charges accrued on these two accounts will be pretty substantial, so I would be grateful for any advice!!

Thanks in advance!

Yes, put what details you do have, list all addresses you have lived at for the last 6 years. Make sure you put your date of birth in.

The DPA is a request for information under your name. Therefore it does not matter if you have one account, or twenty, it should still be uncovered with one request and payment.
